Students/Academics/Others – Early Bird $15 if register and pay by 2/4, Normal $20 2/5 – 2/22 Last Minute $25 after 2/22 deadline or at door

Sponsors (includes up to 3 people) - Early Bird $125 if register and pay by 1/25, Normal $150 after 1/25 deadline or at door, to register go to Sponsor Registration

Cancellations - please e-mail reservations@dallasima.com as soon possible.  Refunds will not be made for cancellations made after midnight on Thursday, February 22nd.  If you do not cancel prior to the deadline, you will not receive a refund for the event.  You may alternatively send someone in your place by notifying reservations@dallasima.com.
